It is known that Prince Mahesh – Srinu Vytla ‘s film has been launched on June28, 2010. Now the film is all set to start its shooting from 25th September. It is said that a song will be picturised on Mahesh Babu and Samantha Ruth Prabhu in Alang, Gujarat.

This movie which was tentatively titled as “Dookudu” producing under the banner of 14reels Entertainment Private Limited. Anil Sunkara, Achanta Gopinath and Achanta Ram are producers for this film.

Thaman is composing the music, while the story and dialogue writer of the film is Gopi Mohan and Kona Venkat respectively.

Rajendra Prasad and Suhasini Together for the First Time

This is going to be one of the rarest combinations. For the first time in their careers spanning over twenty years, comedy king Dr Rajendra Prasad and experienced actress Suhasini are pairing up. They will be playing the lead roles (Rajendra Prasad as income tax officer & Suhasini as bank employee) for a complete family entertainer that will be directed by Dinesh Babu. Mumaith Khan’s L Board coming in the Last Week of June

Mumaith Khan’s bilingual ‘L-Board’ (love.com in Hindi) is expected for release in the last week of this month (likely on 25th). The film is a youthful, romantic, action thriller directed by Vinod M. Yuvraj J is presenting the Telugu version of the film on R J Films banner.

Charmi’s Mangala Closer to Completion

Charmi’s latest film ‘Mangala,’ directed and produced by Osho Tulasiram on Mantra Entertainments banner is nearing completion. Except for climax, shooting part of the film including songs has been completed.

Osho Tulasiram, the director of the film said “Mangala is a variety thriller with a different storyline. Charmi’s action will be highlight to the film. Both of us worked together for ‘Mantra’ in the past, which has turned out to be a successful one. I strongly feel that ‘Mangala’ would perform even better. Talkie part of the film has been completed. Climax part is left, which we will complete soon.”

‘Dasanna’ Coming with 150 Prints in 170 Theatres

Real Star Srihari’s latest mass entertainer ‘Dasanna’ is ready to hit the screens. Filmmakers have planned the release with 150 prints in 170 theatres across the state on 12 March.

Half-a Dozen Releases in T-Town on Bhogi and Sankranthi Days

With the T-agitation subsiding down due to the intervention of the Centre, conditions seem to have come to the normal state in the state from a week. People now seem to be in festive mood and preparing for Sankranthi celebrations. Films have always been adding to the joy and glory of festivals, and for Sankrathi, this is even more. Though there are many in the race for Sankranthi, six will be hitting screens this week, three on Bhogi and three on Sankranthi.

Young Tiger Junior NTR and V V Vinayak’s ‘Adurs’ is coming on Bhogi i.e. the 13th January. This much-expected film is the third coming in their combination. It stars Nayanatara and Sheela as heroines.

Victory Venkatesh, Trisha Starrer ‘Namo Venkatesa’ directed by Srinu Vaitla is slated for release on 14th January.
